Supplier Declaration on Conflict-Free Minerals
All products supplied to Dynapack must be conflict-free metals. The following declaration is to be signed by Dynapack’s suppliers.
Suppliers are required to conduct thorough supply chain investigations to ensure that metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn), and cobalt (Co) are not sourced from mines in conflict zones of the Democratic Republic of Congo through non-governmental military groups or illegal entities, nor obtained through illegal smuggling routes.
Suppliers are required to establish a "Conflict Minerals Policy" and adhere to the following commitments:
1. Do not purchase conflict minerals from conflict regions.
2. Require our suppliers to manage their upstream and downstream supply chains and comply with conflict-free mineral requirements.
3. Make every effort to trace material sources and refuse to use conflict minerals from conflict regions.
4. Suppliers must communicate this policy to their upstream partners to ensure the entire supply chain meets environmental sustainability and social responsibility requirements.
To ensure suppliers comply with conflict minerals requirements, we continuously collaborate with customers and third-party partners to improve suppliers' mineral procurement policies, procedures, and due diligence processes, guaranteeing that the materials used in our products are conflict-free.
